BY CLICKING “BUY NOW”, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (THESE “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” OR THESE “TERMS”), IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS OF USE (the “TOU” or “TERMS OF USE”) AND THE PRIVACY NOTICE/POLICY (collectively the “WEB STORE TERMS”), WHICH ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. Unless the context otherwise requires, all capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.
YOU ALSO HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS OF THIS WEBSITE STORE (THE “WEB STORE”) ARE BEING SOLD TO YOU BY CODA AND THESE TERMS FORM A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU, ON THE ONE HAND, AND CODA, ON THE OTHER HAND. THESE TERMS AND THE TOU CONTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND OTHER LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTUAL TERMS. THESE CLAUSES AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, AND YOU SHOULD REVIEW THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE CLICKING “BUY NOW” OR OTHERWISE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS. YOU MAY NOT ORDER OR OBTAIN PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THIS WEB STORE IF YOU (A) DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, (B) ARE NOT THE OLDER OF (i) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR (ii) LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH US, OR (C) ARE PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEB STORE OR ANY OF THIS WEB STORE'S CONTENTS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BY APPLICABLE LAW.
These Terms composed of Part I (General Terms and Conditions) and Part II (Additional Terms and Conditions) are an integral part of the TOU that apply generally to the use of the Web Store. You should also carefully review our Privacy Notice/Policy before placing an order through this Web Store.
PART I GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. No Monetary Value
You acknowledge and understand that Digital Product has no monetary value and can only be used in the video game (the “Game”) published by Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. ("KONAMI"), may not be transferred to another person or redeemed for fiat currencies or other things of monetary value, or means of legal tender.
2. Sale Conditions
In respect of your purchases, you confirm that: (i) you are purchasing the Digital Product for your own exclusive and personal consumption; (ii) you shall have no right to rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Digital Product you acquire on this Web Store; and (iii) you at all times comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and terms and restrictions placed by Coda and/or KONAMI in your purchase and use of the Digital Product.
3. KONAMI ID Account
In order to make transactions or access certain reward schemes, promotions, features or services at the Web Store, we may require you to use your KONAMI ID account registered for the Game. By logging in using your KONAMI ID account, you confirm and agree that you have provided Coda with complete and accurate information about yourself for verification purposes, and that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KONAMI ID account, its password, and all activities that occur under your KONAMI ID account. In the event of unauthorized access to your KONAMI ID account at the Web Store, you must notify Coda immediately.
Coda reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access or use of the Web Store using the KONAMI ID account at any time if:
you attempt to engage in, or indirectly engage in any conduct prohibited under the Web Store Terms;
you breach any clause of the Web Store Terms and, if the breach may be remedied; you fail to do so within thirty (30) days from receiving notice from Coda specifying such breach;
Coda is required to do so by any regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
you have provided us with false or inaccurate information and have failed to provide us with the true or correct information within fifteen (15) days from receiving written notice from Coda requesting such information; or
Coda has determined that the security of your KONAMI ID account has been compromised, or your account has been accessed in an unauthorized manner, and you fail to take action within five (5) days from receiving written notice from Coda specifying the required corrective action.
You are solely responsible for verifying and confirming your KONAMI ID account or any other required information entered during the transaction or when accessing certain reward schemes, promotions, features or services at the Web Store is complete and accurate. By proceeding, you acknowledge that Coda is not liable for errors or refunds due to incorrect KONAMI ID account details or any other information entered by you.
4. Product Description and Delivery
We take every effort to ensure that the product descriptions on the Web Store are as accurate as possible. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that such product descriptions are complete or correct.
We do not develop or publish Digital Products offered on the Web Store. KONAMI is the publisher of Digital Products. Other than complying with our Web Store Terms, your use of any Digital Product is subject to KONAMI’s applicable licence terms. KONAMI is solely responsible for delivery of the Digital Product to you.
You understand that while you may “purchase” the Digital Product offered on the Web Store, you do not in fact own or have any intellectual property rights in the Digital Product obtained through the Web Store. Rather, you purchase limited rights to access and use the Digital Product for your exclusive personal consumption. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Digital Product.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Web Store are subject to change without notice.
To make a purchase on the Web Store, you must have a valid and eligible mobile phone account with one of our partner mobile network operators or a valid payment instrument issued or recognized by our payment partners.
You are solely liable for the use of your selected payment instruments in connection with the purchase on this Web Store, and Coda shall have no liability to you or to any third party for any unauthorized use of your payment instruments.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use the chosen payment instrument for the purchase, (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, duties, currency exchange fees, data charges, and related charges, if any.
If you use a bank transfer as a method of payment, any bank details that you provide will be collected directly by our payment partners. Coda does not collect, store, or process your bank account information. For information on how we process other payment data that you may provide in the course of making a purchase, please refer to our Privacy Notice/Policy.
We reserve the right to reject or decline any transaction for any reason or set limits on transaction types and/or amounts.
6. Disputes and Errors
Disputes: Please contact us if you did not receive the Digital Product, if you believe you have been charged in error or if you have experienced any payment-related issues.
You must not make any false or misleading statements when submitting your complaint, or during the subsequent investigation of a dispute. We will investigate all disputes that are filed with us and will make reasonable efforts to resolve them. However, the ultimate resolution of such disputes shall be at Coda’ sole discretion.
If you have any inquiries related to KONAMI games or in-game items, please use the inquiry form available within the Game.
Error handling: As part of or separate from the dispute handling process, we may determine that a mistake has been made. If we determine that you have been incorrectly charged or overcharged, we will credit your account or otherwise arrange for a refund to rectify the mistake. If we conclude that you were not charged when you ought to have been, or that you have been undercharged, we may collect a payment from you to rectify the mistake accordingly.
Refunds: You acknowledge and understand that all purchases successfully made on the Web Store are final and non-cancellable. No returns will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued unless expressly specified otherwise in these Terms and Conditions. In the event that a refund is made to you after dispute and/or error handling investigation, your payment instrument will be credited in accordance with the terms and time frame set by your bank or payment service provider.
7. Miscellaneous
Limitation of Liability. WITHOUT LIMITATION OF THE TOU, TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODA, KONAMI OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES (THE “RELEVANT PARTIES”) BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB STORE OR THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF ANY RELEVANT PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE RELEVANT PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES (OTHER THAN AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN CASES INVOLVING PERSONAL INJURY) HEREUNDER EXCEED THE ACTUAL PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE DIGITAL PRODUCT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE ABOVE-STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Release; Waiver. To the greatest extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations, you hereby agree to release and hold harmless the Relevant Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Web Store and the Digital Products, whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. In no event shall you, and you hereby irrevocably waive, any right to sue the Relevant Parties or to seek or obtain injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with the Web Store and any Digital Product.
Severability. Without limitation of the TOU, if any part, term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, in conflict with any law or otherwise invalid, the remaining portion or portions shall be considered severable and not be affected by such determination, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced as if these Terms and Conditions did not contain the particular part, term or provisions held to be illegal or invalid.
PART II ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – COUNTRY-SPECIFIC
European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA)/Switzerland/United Kingdom (UK)
1. Scope of Application
Unless otherwise specified, if you are residing in or located in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or UK, these provisions (the “EU Provisions”) shall govern your purchase of Digital Product in addition to Part I (General Terms and Conditions) above. In the event of any conflict between these EU Provisions and Part I (General Terms and Conditions) or Web Store Terms, these EU Provisions shall control to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
2. Provider of Digital Product
You understand and accept that the Digital Product is being sold to you by Coda Netherlands Holdings B.V., having its registered address at Strawinskylaan 1647, Tower Seven, 16th floor, 1077XX Amsterdam and VAT number NL 862518866B01 (“Coda Netherlands”), and that the Terms and Conditions are hereby entered into and agreed upon between you and Coda Netherlands. 3. Prices.
All prices offered on the Web Store are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate and any other taxes and additional charges.
4. Conformity
Coda Netherlands guarantees that the Digital Product complies with the description provided on the relevant Web Store’s product page, with the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and with the applicable laws that exist on the date on which the purchase transaction is made. Coda Netherlands shall have no obligation or liability in respect of any defect or non-conformity discovered after the redemption or activation of the Digital Product as specified above.
5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have a statutory right under EU/EEA or UK regulations to withdraw from certain contracts in respect of the purchase of the Digital Product. Please refer to this page for more information about the extent of your statutory right and how you may exercise it. However, this right can be ‘waived’ at the point of sale by expressly requesting that the relevant digital content be supplied immediately and acknowledging that the right to withdraw will then be lost upon that supply beginning.
6. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions (and Terms of Use incorporated herein by reference) shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Netherlands without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. We will endeavor to amicably resolve any disputes that arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination), but in the event that such efforts fail, such disputes will be finally resolved by the Amsterdam District Court following proceedings in English before the Chamber of International Commercial Matters (“Netherlands Commercial Court” or “NCC District Court”), to the exclusion of the jurisdiction of any other courts, provided that such choice of law/jurisdiction will not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country (if different). An action for interim measures, including protective measures, available under Dutch law may be brought in the NCC’s court in Summary Proceedings (CSP) in proceedings in English. Any appeals against NCC or CSP judgments will be submitted to the Amsterdam Court of Appeal’s Chamber for International Commercial Matters (“Netherlands Commercial Court of Appeal” or “NCCA”). The NCC Rules of Procedure apply.
Notwithstanding the exclusive jurisdiction of the NCC, if you are a Dutch user of the Web Store, you may for a period of one month after Coda invokes in writing this Section 6, opt for the resolution of the dispute by the competent court under Dutch law.
We are obligated by applicable regulations to provide a link to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, which you can access here. However, Coda Netherlands is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
7. Binding and enforceable
You understand and accept that these Terms and Conditions constitute a binding and enforceable contract between you and Coda Netherlands, and that the rights and obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions shall be effective between you and Coda Netherlands when you signify your acceptance.
8. Use of Web Store and Purchase of Digital Product by Children Under 18.
Digital Products are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). By using the Web Store or purchasing Digital Products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or of the legal age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

PARTE I TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES GENERALES
1. Sin valor monetario
Usted reconoce y entiende que el Producto Digital no tiene valor monetario y solo puede utilizarse en el videojuego (el «Juego») publicado por Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. («KONAMI»), no puede transferirse a otra persona ni canjearse por monedas fiduciarias u otras cosas de valor monetario, ni medios de pago legales.
2. Condiciones de venta
En relación con sus compras, usted confirma que: (i) está comprando el Producto digital para su consumo exclusivo y personal; (ii) no tendrá derecho a alquilar, arrendar, prestar, vender, redistribuir o sublicenciar el Producto digital que adquiera en esta Tienda web; y (iii) cumplirá en todo momento con todas las leyes, normas, reglamentos y términos y restricciones aplicables establecidos por Coda y/o KONAMI en su compra y uso del Producto digital.
3. Cuenta KONAMI ID
Para realizar transacciones o acceder a determinados programas de recompensas, promociones, funciones o servicios en la Tienda web, es posible que le solicitemos que utilice su cuenta KONAMI ID registrada para el Juego. Al iniciar sesión con su cuenta KONAMI ID, usted confirma y acepta que ha proporcionado a Coda información completa y precisa sobre usted con fines de verificación, y que es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de su cuenta KONAMI ID, su contraseña y todas las actividades que se realicen con su cuenta KONAMI ID. Coda ha determinado que la seguridad de su cuenta KONAMI ID se ha visto comprometida, o que se ha accedido a su cuenta de forma no autorizada, y usted no toma medidas en un plazo de cinco (5) días a partir de la recepción de la notificación por escrito de Coda en la que se especifica la medida correctiva necesaria.
Usted es el único responsable de verificar y confirmar que su cuenta KONAMI ID o cualquier otra información requerida introducida durante la transacción o al acceder a determinados programas de recompensas, promociones, funciones o servicios en la Tienda web sea completa y precisa. Al continuar, usted reconoce que Coda no se hace responsable de los errores o reembolsos debidos a datos incorrectos de la cuenta KONAMI ID o cualquier otra información introducida por usted.
4. Descripción y entrega del producto

6. Disputas y errores

No debe realizar declaraciones falsas o engañosas al presentar su reclamación, ni durante la investigación posterior de una disputa. Gestión de errores: como parte del proceso de gestión de disputas o independientemente de este, podemos determinar que se ha cometido un error. Si determinamos que se le ha cobrado incorrectamente o se le ha cobrado de más, le abonaremos el importe en su cuenta o le reembolsaremos el dinero para rectificar el error. Si concluimos que no se le ha cobrado cuando debería haberse cobrado, o que se le ha cobrado de menos, podemos cobrarle el importe para rectificar el error en consecuencia.
Reembolsos: Usted reconoce y entiende que todas las compras realizadas con éxito en la Tienda web son definitivas y no se pueden cancelar. SIN PERJUICIO DE LAS LIMITACIONES DE LAS CONDICIONES DE USO, EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE NO LO PROHÍBA LA LEY, EN NINGÚN CASO CODA, KONAMI O CUALQUIERA DE SUS RESPECTIVAS MATRICES, SUBSIDIARIAS, AFILIADAS O FUNCIONARIOS, DIRECTORES, EMPLEADOS U OTROS REPRESENTANTES (LAS «PARTES RELEVANTES») SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE LESIONES PERSONALES O CUALQUIER DAÑO INCIDENTAL, ESPECIAL, INDIRECTO O CONSECUENCIAL, INCLUIDOS, ENTRE OTROS, LOS DAÑOS POR PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, PÉRDIDA DE DATOS, INTERRUPCIÓN DEL NEGOCIO O CUALQUIER OTRO DAÑO O PÉRDIDA QUE SURJAN DE O ESTÉN RELACIONADOS CON EL USO O LA IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USAR LA TIENDA WEB O LOS PRODUCTOS DIGITALES, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE LA CAUSA, SIN TENER EN CUENTA LA TEORÍA DE RESPONSABILIDAD (CONTRACTUAL, EXTRACONTRACTUAL O DE OTRO TIPO) E INCLUSO SI CUALQUIER PARTE RELEVANTE HA SIDO ADVERTIDA DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE TALES DAÑOS. ALGUNAS JURISDICCIONES NO PERMITEN LA LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS PERSONALES, O POR DAÑOS INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENCIALES, POR LO QUE ESTA LIMITACIÓN PUEDE NO SER APLICABLE EN SU CASO. EN NINGÚN CASO LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL DE LAS PARTES RELEVANTES HACIA USTED POR TODOS LOS DAÑOS (SALVO LO QUE PUEDA EXIGIR LA LEY APLICABLE EN CASOS DE LESIONES PERSONALES) EN VIRTUD DEL PRESENTE DOCUMENTO EXCEDERÁ EL PRECIO REAL PAGADO POR USTED POR EL PRODUCTO DIGITAL. LAS LIMITACIONES ANTERIORES SE APLICARÁN INCLUSO SI LA SOLUCIÓN MENCIONADA ANTERIORMENTE NO CUMPLE SU PROPÓSITO ESENCIAL.
Exención; Renuncia. En la medida en que lo permitan las leyes y reglamentos aplicables, por la presente usted acepta eximir de responsabilidad a las Partes Relevantes y renunciar a cualquier causa de acción relacionada con cualquier reclamación, coste, lesión, pérdida o daño de cualquier tipo que surja de o en relación con la Tienda Web y los Productos Digitales, ya sea en virtud de una teoría de contrato, agravio (incluida la negligencia), garantía u otra teoría. En ningún caso usted tendrá derecho a demandar a las Partes pertinentes ni a solicitar u obtener medidas cautelares u otras medidas equitativas en relación con la Tienda web y cualquier Producto digital, y por la presente renuncia irrevocablemente a dicho derecho.
Divisibilidad. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en las Condiciones de uso, si alguna parte, término o disposición de estos Términos y condiciones se considera ilegal, en conflicto con cualquier ley o inválida por cualquier otro motivo, la parte o partes restantes se considerarán divisibles y no se verán afectadas por dicha determinación, y los derechos y obligaciones de las partes se interpretarán y aplicarán como si estos Términos y condiciones no contuvieran la parte, el término o las disposiciones concretas que se consideran ilegales o inválidas.
PARTE II TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES ADICIONALES: ESPECÍFICOS DE CADA PAÍS
Unión Europea (UE)/Espacio Económico Europeo (EEE)/Suiza/Reino Unido (RU)
1. Ámbito de aplicación
Salvo que se especifique lo contrario, si usted reside o se encuentra en la UE/EEE, Suiza o el Reino Unido, estas disposiciones (las «Disposiciones de la UE») regirán su compra de Productos Digitales, además de la Parte I (Términos y Condiciones Generales) anterior. En caso de conflicto entre estas Disposiciones de la UE y la Parte I (Términos y Condiciones Generales) o los Términos de la Tienda Web, estas Disposiciones de la UE prevalecerán en la medida necesaria para resolver el conflicto.
2. Proveedor del producto digital
Usted entiende y acepta que el Producto Digital le es vendido por Coda Netherlands Holdings B.V., con domicilio social en Strawinskylaan 1647, Tower Seven, 16th floor, 1077XX Ámsterdam y número de IVA NL 862518866B01 («Coda Netherlands»), y que los Términos y Condiciones quedan por la presente acordados y aceptados entre usted y Coda Netherlands. 3. Precios.
Todos los precios ofrecidos en la Tienda web incluyen el IVA al tipo aplicable y cualquier otro impuesto y cargo adicional.
4. Conformidad
Coda Netherlands garantiza que el Producto Digital se ajusta a la descripción proporcionada en la página del producto de la Tienda Web correspondiente, a los requisitos razonables de fiabilidad y/o usabilidad y a las leyes aplicables vigentes en la fecha en que se realiza la transacción de compra. Coda Netherlands no tendrá ninguna obligación ni responsabilidad con respecto a cualquier defecto o falta de conformidad descubierto después del canje o la activación del Producto Digital, tal y como se ha especificado anteriormente.
5. Derecho legal de desistimiento
En virtud de la normativa de la UE/EEE o del Reino Unido, usted tiene el derecho legal de desistir de determinados contratos relativos a la compra del Producto Digital. Consulte esta página para obtener más información sobre el alcance de su derecho legal y cómo puede ejercerlo. Sin embargo, este derecho puede «renunciarse» en el punto de venta solicitando expresamente que se le suministre inmediatamente el contenido digital correspondiente y reconociendo que el derecho de desistimiento se perderá en el momento en que comience dicho suministro.
6. Legislación aplicable y resolución de litigios
Estos Términos y condiciones (y los Términos de uso incorporados aquí por referencia) se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de los Países Bajos, sin tener en cuenta sus disposiciones sobre conflicto de leyes. Nos esforzaremos por resolver de forma amistosa cualquier controversia que surja de o en relación con estos Términos y condiciones (incluida cualquier cuestión relativa a su existencia, validez o rescisión), pero en caso de que dichos esfuerzos fracasen, dichas disputas se resolverán definitivamente por el Tribunal de Distrito de Ámsterdam tras un procedimiento en inglés ante la Cámara de Asuntos Comerciales Internacionales («Tribunal Comercial de los Países Bajos» o «Tribunal de Distrito NCC»), con exclusión de la jurisdicción de cualquier otro tribunal, siempre que dicha elección de ley/jurisdicción no le prive de ninguna protección obligatoria al consumidor de su país de origen (si es diferente). Las medidas cautelares, incluidas las medidas de protección, disponibles en virtud de la legislación neerlandesa podrán interponerse ante el tribunal del NCC en un procedimiento sumario (CSP) en inglés. Cualquier recurso contra las sentencias del NCC o del CSP se presentará ante la Sala de Asuntos Comerciales Internacionales del Tribunal de Apelación de Ámsterdam («Tribunal de Apelación Comercial de los Países Bajos» o «NCCA»). Se aplicarán las normas de procedimiento del NCC.
Sin perjuicio de la jurisdicción exclusiva de la NCC, si usted es un usuario neerlandés de la tienda web, podrá, durante un período de un mes después de que Coda invoque por escrito la presente sección 6, optar por la resolución de la controversia por el tribunal competente en virtud de la legislación neerlandesa.
Estamos obligados por la normativa aplicable a proporcionar un enlace a la plataforma de resolución de litigios en línea de la Comisión Europea, a la que puede acceder en aquí . Sin embargo, Coda Netherlands no está obligada ni dispuesta a participar en procedimientos de resolución de litigios ante una junta de arbitraje de consumo.
7. Vinculante y ejecutable
Usted entiende y acepta que estos Términos y condiciones constituyen un contrato vinculante y ejecutable entre usted y Coda Netherlands, y que los derechos y obligaciones establecidos en estos Términos y condiciones serán efectivos entre usted y Coda Netherlands cuando usted manifieste su aceptación.
8. Uso de la tienda web y compra de productos digitales por parte de menores de 18 años.
Los productos digitales no están dirigidos a personas menores de dieciocho (18) años. Al utilizar la tienda web o comprar productos digitales, usted confirma que tiene al menos 18 años, o la mayoría de edad legal en su lugar de residencia, o que cuenta con el consentimiento de un padre o tutor legal.
