BY CLICKING “BUY NOW”, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (THESE “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” OR THESE “TERMS”), IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS OF USE (the “TOU” or “TERMS OF USE”) AND THE PRIVACY NOTICE (collectively the “WEB STORE TERMS”), WHICH ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. Unless the context otherwise requires, all capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.

YOU ALSO HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS (THE “WEB STORE”) ARE BEING SOLD TO YOU BY CODA AND THESE TERMS FORM A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU, ON THE ONE HAND, AND CODA, ON THE OTHER HAND. THESE TERMS AND THE TOU CONTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND OTHER LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTUAL TERMS. THESE CLAUSES AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, AND YOU SHOULD REVIEW THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE CLICKING “BUY NOW” OR OTHERWISE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS. YOU MAY NOT ORDER OR OBTAIN PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THIS WEB STORE IF YOU (A) DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, (B) ARE NOT THE OLDER OF (i) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR (ii) LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH US, OR (C) ARE PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEB STORE OR ANY OF THIS WEB STORE'S CONTENTS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BY APPLICABLE LAW.

These Terms composed of Part I (General Terms and Conditions) and Part II (Additional Terms and Conditions) are an integral part of the TOU that apply generally to the use of the Web Store. You should also carefully review our Privacy Notice before placing an order through this Web Store.

PART I GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. No Monetary Value

You acknowledge and understand that Digital Product has no monetary value and can only be used in the video game (the “Game”) published by Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. ("KONAMI"), may not be transferred to another person or redeemed for fiat currencies or other things of monetary value, or means of legal tender.

2. Sale Conditions

In respect of your purchases, you confirm that: (i) you are purchasing the Digital Product for your own exclusive and personal consumption; (ii) you shall have no right to rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Digital Product you acquire on this Web Store; and (iii) you at all times comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and terms and restrictions placed by Coda and/or KONAMI in your purchase and use of the Digital Product.

3. KONAMI ID Account

In order to make transactions or access certain reward schemes, promotions, features or services at the Web Store, we may require you to use your KONAMI ID account registered for the Game. By logging in using your KONAMI ID account, you confirm and agree that you have provided Coda with complete and accurate information about yourself for verification purposes, and that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KONAMI ID account, its password, and all activities that occur under your KONAMI ID account. In the event of unauthorized access to your KONAMI ID account at the Web Store, you must notify Coda immediately.

Coda reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access or use of the Web Store using the KONAMI ID account at any time if:

you attempt to engage in, or indirectly engage in any conduct prohibited under the Web Store Terms;
you breach any clause of the Web Store Terms and, if the breach may be remedied; you fail to do so within thirty (30) days from receiving notice from Coda specifying such breach;
Coda is required to do so by any regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
you have provided us with false or inaccurate information and have failed to provide us with the true or correct information within fifteen (15) days from receiving written notice from Coda requesting such information; or
Coda has determined that the security of your KONAMI ID account has been compromised, or your account has been accessed in an unauthorized manner, and you fail to take action within five (5) days from receiving written notice from Coda specifying the required corrective action.

You are solely responsible for verifying and confirming your KONAMI ID account or any other required information entered during the transaction or when accessing certain reward schemes, promotions, features or services at the Web Store is complete and accurate. By proceeding, you acknowledge that Coda is not liable for errors or refunds due to incorrect KONAMI ID account details or any other information entered by you.

4. Product Description and Delivery

‍We take every effort to ensure that the product descriptions on the Web Store are as accurate as possible. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that such product descriptions are complete or correct.

We do not develop or publish Digital Products offered on the Web Store. KONAMI is the publisher of Digital Products. Other than complying with our Web Store Terms, your use of any Digital Product is subject to KONAMI’s applicable licence terms. KONAMI is solely responsible for delivery of the Digital Product to you.

‍You understand that while you may “purchase” the Digital Product offered on the Web Store, you do not in fact own or have any intellectual property rights in the Digital Product obtained through the Web Store. Rather, you purchase limited rights to access and use the Digital Product for your exclusive personal consumption. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Digital Product.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Web Store are subject to change without notice.

To make a purchase on the Web Store, you must have a valid and eligible mobile phone account with one of our partner mobile network operators or a valid payment instrument issued or recognized by our payment partners.

You are solely liable for the use of your selected payment instruments in connection with the purchase on this Web Store, and Coda shall have no liability to you or to any third party for any unauthorized use of your payment instruments.

You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use the chosen payment instrument for the purchase, (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, duties, currency exchange fees, data charges, and related charges, if any.

If you use a bank transfer as a method of payment, any bank details that you provide will be collected directly by our payment partners. Coda does not collect, store, or process your bank account information. For information on how we process other payment data that you may provide in the course of making a purchase, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

We reserve the right to reject or decline any transaction for any reason or set limits on transaction types and/or amounts.

6. Disputes and Errors

Disputes: Please contact us if you did not receive the Digital Product, if you believe you have been charged in error or if you have experienced any payment-related issues.

You must not make any false or misleading statements when submitting your complaint, or during the subsequent investigation of a dispute. We will investigate all disputes that are filed with us and will make reasonable efforts to resolve them. However, the ultimate resolution of such disputes shall be at Coda’ sole discretion.

If you have any inquiries related to KONAMI games or in-game items, please use the inquiry form available within the Game.

Error handling: As part of or separate from the dispute handling process, we may determine that a mistake has been made. If we determine that you have been incorrectly charged or overcharged, we will credit your account or otherwise arrange for a refund to rectify the mistake. If we conclude that you were not charged when you ought to have been, or that you have been undercharged, we may collect a payment from you to rectify the mistake accordingly.

Refunds: You acknowledge and understand that all purchases successfully made on the Web Store are final and non-cancellable. No returns will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued unless expressly specified otherwise in these Terms and Conditions. In the event that a refund is made to you after dispute and/or error handling investigation, your payment instrument will be credited in accordance with the terms and time frame set by your bank or payment service provider.

7. Miscellaneous

Limitation of Liability. WITHOUT LIMITATION OF THE TOU, TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODA, KONAMI OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES (THE “RELEVANT PARTIES”) BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB STORE OR THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF ANY RELEVANT PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE RELEVANT PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES (OTHER THAN AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN CASES INVOLVING PERSONAL INJURY) HEREUNDER EXCEED THE ACTUAL PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE DIGITAL PRODUCT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE ABOVE-STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Release; Waiver. To the greatest extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations, you hereby agree to release and hold harmless the Relevant Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Web Store and the Digital Products, whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. In no event shall you, and you hereby irrevocably waive, any right to sue the Relevant Parties or to seek or obtain injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with the Web Store and any Digital Product.

Severability. Without limitation of the TOU, if any part, term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, in conflict with any law or otherwise invalid, the remaining portion or portions shall be considered severable and not be affected by such determination, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced as if these Terms and Conditions did not contain the particular part, term or provisions held to be illegal or invalid.

PART II ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – COUNTRY-SPECIFIC

MALAYSIA

1. Scope of Application

‍If you are residing in or located in Malaysia, these provisions ("Malaysia Provisions") shall govern your purchase of Digital Product in addition to Part I (General Terms and Conditions) above, unless otherwise specified. In the event of any conflict between these Malaysia Provisions and Part I (General Terms and Conditions) or Web Store Terms, these Malaysia Provisions shall control to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

2. Provider of Digital Product

You understand and accept that the Digital Product is being sold to you by Aplikasi Coda Sdn. Bhd, having its registered address at Level 7, Mercu 3, No. 3, Jalan Bangsar, KL Eco City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur (“Coda Malaysia”), and that the Terms and Conditions are hereby entered into and agreed upon between you and Coda Malaysia. Coda Malaysia may be reached by users in Malaysia through SUPPORT PAGE.

3. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflicts-of-law provisions. We shall endeavour to amicably resolve any disputes that arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination), but in the event that such efforts shall fail, such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”) under the Arbitration Rules of the AIAC for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this section. The seat of arbitration shall be Kuala Lumpur, and the Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. All arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

4. Request for e-Invoice.

You can request a copy of e-Invoice of your purchase by contacting our Customer Support subject to the following conditions:

A) Request period: e-Invoice requests must be submitted within the same calendar month as the transaction date. For example, if your purchase was made on 1 July 2025 or 29 July 2025, the request must be made no later than 31 July 2025 (Malaysia time). Late requests will not be accepted.

B) Eligibility:

i) You must be a registered Coda Account holder at the time of purchase.

ii) E-Invoices are only issued for transactions on Codashop where Coda Malaysia is the seller, acting as the Merchant on Record in the transaction.

C) Requirement information:

You agree to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, NRIC/passport number, income tax number (TIN), postal address, SST registration number (if you are a corporation), email address, and contact number.

D) Issuance and Delivery: Once your request and all the required information are submitted and verified, the e-Invoice will be sent to your provided email address. Please note, the e-Invoice will be issued only once and cannot be re-requested if your initial submission is rejected due to incorrect information.

Please note that the e-Invoice is an official tax document validated by IRBM, and it is not the same as the order confirmation email issued by us upon completion of your transaction for direct top-ups and/or voucher products.

DENGAN MENGKLIK “BELI SEKARANG”, ANDA MENGAKUI BAHAWA ANDA TELAH MEMBACA DAN MEMAHAMI, SERTA BERSETUJU UNTUK TERIKAT DENGAN TERMA DAN SYARAT JUALAN YANG BERIKUT (“TERMA DAN SYARAT” INI ATAU “TERMA”), SEBAGAI TAMBAHAN KEPADA TERMA PENGGUNAAN (”TOU” ATAU “TERMA PENGGUNAAN”) DAN NOTIS PRIVASI (secara kolektif disebut “TERMA GEDUNG WEB”), YANG DENGAN INI DIGABUNGKAN MELALUI RUJUKAN. Melainkan konteks memerlukan sebaliknya, semua istilah berhuruf besar yang digunakan tetapi tidak ditakrifkan di sini hendaklah mempunyai maksud yang ditetapkan dalam Terma Penggunaan.

ANDA JUGA DENGAN INI MENGAKUI DAN BERSETUJU BAHAWA PRODUK DIGITAL DI GEDUNG WEB INI (“GEDUNG WEB”) DIJUAL KEPADA ANDA OLEH CODA DAN TERMA INI MEMBENTUK KONTRAK ANTARA ANDA DI SATU PIHAK, DAN CODA DI PIHAK YANG LAIN. TERMA INI DAN TOU MENGANDUNGI HAD LIABILITI SERTA TERMA KONTRAK YANG MENGIKAT SECARA SAH. KLAUSA INI MEMBERI KESAN KEPADA HAK UNDANG-UNDANG DAN REMEDI ANDA, DAN ANDA HARUS MENELITI DENGAN TELITI SEBELUM MENGKLIK “BELI SEKARANG” ATAU SEBALIKNYA MENERIMA TERMA INI. ANDA TIDAK BOLEH MEMESAN ATAU MENDAPATKAN PRODUK ATAU PERKHIDMATAN DARIPADA GEDUNG WEB INI JIKA ANDA (A) TIDAK BERSETUJU DENGAN TERMA INI, (B) BUKAN MENCAPAI (i) SEKURANG-KURANGNYA 18 TAHUN ATAU (ii) UMUR SAH UNTUK MEMBENTUK KONTRAK YANG MENGIKAT DENGAN KAMI, ATAU (C) DILARANG DARIPADA MENGAKSES ATAU MENGGUNAKAN GEDUNG WEB INI ATAU MANA-MANA KANDUNGAN, PRODUK ATAU PERKHIDMATANNYA OLEH UNDANG-UNDANG YANG BERKENAAN.

Terma ini terdiri daripada Bahagian I (Terma dan Syarat Am) dan Bahagian II (Terma dan Syarat Tambahan) yang merupakan sebahagian penting daripada TOU yang diguna pakai secara umum untuk penggunaan Gedung Web. Anda juga harus meneliti dengan teliti Notis Privasi kami sebelum membuat pesanan melalui Gedung Web ini.

BAHAGIAN I TERMA DAN SYARAT AM

1. Tiada Nilai Kewangan

Anda mengakui dan memahami bahawa Produk Digital tidak mempunyai nilai kewangan dan hanya boleh digunakan dalam permainan video (“Permainan”) yang diterbitkan oleh Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. ("KONAMI"), serta tidak boleh dipindahkan kepada orang lain atau ditebus dengan mata wang fiat atau perkara lain yang mempunyai nilai kewangan, atau sebagai cara pembayaran yang sah.

2. Syarat Jualan

Berkenaan pembelian anda, anda mengesahkan bahawa:

(i) anda membeli Produk Digital untuk kegunaan eksklusif dan peribadi anda sendiri;

(ii) anda tidak mempunyai hak untuk menyewa, memajak, meminjam, menjual, mengedar semula atau mensublesenkan Produk Digital yang anda peroleh di Gedung Web ini; dan

(iii) anda pada setiap masa akan mematuhi semua undang-undang, peraturan, syarat dan sekatan yang terpakai yang ditetapkan oleh Coda dan/atau KONAMI dalam pembelian serta penggunaan Produk Digital tersebut.

3. Akaun KONAMI ID

Untuk membuat transaksi atau mengakses skim ganjaran tertentu, promosi, ciri atau perkhidmatan di Gedung Web, kami mungkin memerlukan anda menggunakan akaun KONAMI ID yang telah didaftarkan untuk Permainan. Dengan log masuk menggunakan akaun KONAMI ID anda, anda mengesahkan dan bersetuju bahawa anda telah memberikan maklumat yang lengkap dan tepat tentang diri anda kepada Coda untuk tujuan pengesahan, dan bahawa anda bertanggungjawab untuk mengekalkan kerahsiaan akaun KONAMI ID anda, kata laluannya, serta semua aktiviti yang berlaku di bawah akaun KONAMI ID anda. Sekiranya berlaku akses tanpa kebenaran ke akaun KONAMI ID anda di Gedung Web, anda mesti memaklumkan Coda dengan segera.

Coda berhak, mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya, untuk menggantung atau menamatkan akses atau penggunaan anda terhadap Gedung Web dengan menggunakan akaun KONAMI ID pada bila-bila masa jika:

anda cuba untuk terlibat, atau secara tidak langsung terlibat dalam mana-mana kelakuan yang dilarang di bawah Terma Gedung Web;
anda melanggar mana-mana klausa dalam Terma Gedung Web dan, jika pelanggaran tersebut boleh diperbaiki, anda gagal melakukannya dalam tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari selepas menerima notis daripada Coda yang menyatakan pelanggaran tersebut;
Coda dikehendaki berbuat demikian oleh mana-mana pihak berkuasa kawal selia atau badan penguatkuasaan undang-undang;
anda telah memberikan maklumat yang palsu atau tidak tepat kepada kami dan gagal memberikan maklumat sebenar atau yang betul dalam tempoh lima belas (15) hari selepas menerima notis bertulis daripada Coda yang meminta maklumat tersebut; atau
Coda telah menentukan bahawa keselamatan akaun KONAMI ID anda telah terjejas, atau akaun anda telah diakses secara tidak sah, dan anda gagal mengambil tindakan dalam tempoh lima (5) hari selepas menerima notis bertulis daripada Coda yang menyatakan tindakan pembetulan yang diperlukan.

Anda bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya untuk mengesahkan dan mengesahkan akaun KONAMI ID anda atau sebarang maklumat lain yang perlu dimasukkan semasa transaksi atau ketika mengakses skim ganjaran tertentu, promosi, ciri atau perkhidmatan di Gedung Web adalah lengkap dan tepat. Dengan meneruskan, anda mengakui bahawa Coda tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kesilapan atau bayaran balik disebabkan oleh butiran akaun KONAMI ID yang tidak betul atau sebarang maklumat lain yang anda masukkan.

4. Huraian dan Penghantaran Produk

Kami berusaha sedaya upaya untuk memastikan bahawa huraian produk di Gedung Web adalah setepat mungkin. Walau bagaimanapun, setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang yang terpakai, kami tidak memberi jaminan bahawa huraian produk tersebut adalah lengkap atau betul.

Kami tidak membangunkan atau menerbitkan Produk Digital yang ditawarkan di Gedung Web. KONAMI ialah penerbit Produk Digital. Selain daripada pematuhan terhadap Terma Gedung Web kami, penggunaan anda terhadap mana-mana Produk Digital adalah tertakluk kepada terma lesen yang berkenaan oleh KONAMI. KONAMI bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya untuk penghantaran Produk Digital kepada anda.

‍Anda memahami bahawa walaupun anda boleh “membeli” Produk Digital yang ditawarkan di Gedung Web, anda sebenarnya tidak memiliki atau mempunyai sebarang hak harta intelek dalam Produk Digital yang diperoleh melalui Gedung Web. Sebaliknya, anda membeli hak terhad untuk mengakses dan menggunakan Produk Digital tersebut untuk kegunaan peribadi eksklusif anda. Anda tidak dibenarkan menyahkompil, melakukan kejuruteraan songsang, membuka, cuba mendapatkan kod sumber, mengubah suai, atau mencipta karya terbitan daripada Produk Digital tersebut.

5. Harga dan Terma Pembayaran

Semua harga, diskaun, dan promosi yang disiarkan di Gedung Web ini adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan tanpa notis.

Untuk membuat pembelian di Gedung Web, anda mesti mempunyai akaun telefon mudah alih yang sah dan layak dengan salah satu rakan kongsi pengendali rangkaian mudah alih kami atau instrumen pembayaran yang sah yang dikeluarkan atau diiktiraf oleh rakan kongsi pembayaran kami.

Anda bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap penggunaan instrumen pembayaran yang anda pilih berkaitan dengan pembelian di Gedung Web ini, dan Coda tidak akan bertanggungjawab kepada anda atau mana-mana pihak ketiga bagi sebarang penggunaan tanpa kebenaran terhadap instrumen pembayaran anda.

Anda mewakili dan menjamin bahawa (i) maklumat pembayaran yang anda berikan kepada kami adalah benar, tepat, dan lengkap, (ii) anda diberi kuasa sepenuhnya untuk menggunakan instrumen pembayaran yang dipilih bagi pembelian tersebut, (iii) anda akan membayar caj yang dikenakan kepada anda pada harga yang disiarkan, termasuk semua cukai, duti, yuran pertukaran mata wang, caj data, dan caj berkaitan lain, jika ada.

Jika anda menggunakan pindahan bank sebagai kaedah pembayaran, sebarang butiran bank yang anda berikan akan dikumpulkan secara langsung oleh rakan kongsi pembayaran kami. Coda tidak mengumpul, menyimpan, atau memproses maklumat akaun bank anda. Untuk maklumat tentang bagaimana kami memproses data pembayaran lain yang mungkin anda berikan semasa membuat pembelian, sila rujuk Notis Privasi kami.

Kami berhak untuk menolak atau menidakkan sebarang transaksi atas apa-apa sebab atau menetapkan had ke atas jenis dan/atau jumlah transaksi.

6. Pertikaian dan Ralat

Disputes: Sila hubungi kami sekiranya anda tidak menerima Produk Digital, jika anda percaya bahawa anda telah dicaj secara salah atau jika anda mengalami sebarang isu berkaitan pembayaran.

Anda tidak boleh membuat kenyataan palsu atau mengelirukan apabila mengemukakan aduan anda, atau semasa penyiasatan pertikaian dijalankan. Kami akan menyiasat semua pertikaian yang dikemukakan kepada kami dan akan berusaha sewajarnya untuk menyelesaikannya. Walau bagaimanapun, keputusan muktamad mengenai penyelesaian pertikaian tersebut adalah mengikut budi bicara mutlak Coda.

Jika anda mempunyai sebarang soalan atau aduan mengenai Permainan atau penggunaan Produk Digital dalam Permainan, sila gunakan borang pertanyaan yang disediakan dalam Permainan.

Pengendalian Ralat: Sebagai sebahagian daripada atau berasingan daripada proses pengendalian pertikaian, kami mungkin dapat menentukan bahawa telah berlaku suatu kesilapan. Jika kami menentukan bahawa anda telah dicaj secara tidak betul atau dicaj berlebihan, kami akan mengkreditkan akaun anda atau mengatur bayaran balik untuk membetulkan kesilapan tersebut. Jika kami membuat kesimpulan bahawa anda tidak dicaj apabila sepatutnya dicaj, atau bahawa anda telah dicaj kurang daripada sepatutnya, kami boleh mengutip baki bayaran daripada anda untuk membetulkan kesilapan tersebut.

Bayaran Balik: Anda mengakui dan memahami bahawa semua pembelian yang berjaya dibuat di Gedung Web adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dibatalkan. Tiada pemulangan akan diterima, dan tiada bayaran balik akan dikeluarkan kecuali jika dinyatakan sebaliknya secara jelas dalam Terma dan Syarat ini. Sekiranya bayaran balik dibuat kepada anda selepas siasatan pertikaian dan/atau pengendalian ralat, instrumen pembayaran anda akan dikreditkan mengikut terma dan jangka masa yang ditetapkan oleh bank atau penyedia perkhidmatan pembayaran anda.

7. Pelbagai

Had Liabiliti. TANPA MENGHADKAN TOU, SETAKAT YANG TIDAK DILARANG OLEH UNDANG-UNDANG, DALAM APA JUA KEADAAN, Coda, KONAMI ATAU MANA-MANA SYARIKAT INDUK, SUBSIDIARI, SYARIKAT BERSEKUTU ATAU PEGAWAI, PENGARAH, PEKERJA ATAU WAKIL MASING-MASING (“PIHAK BERKENAAN”) TIDAK AKAN BERTANGGUNGJAWAB TERHADAP KECEDERAAN DIRI ATAU APA-APA JUA KEROSAKAN SAMPINGAN, KHAS, TIDAK LANGSUNG, ATAU SUSULAN, TERMASUK, TANPA HAD, KEROSAKAN AKIBAT KEHILANGAN KEUNTUNGAN, KEHILANGAN DATA, GANGGUAN PERNIAGAAN, ATAU APA-APA KEROSAKAN ATAU KERUGIAN LAIN, YANG TIMBUL DARIPADA ATAU BERKAITAN DENGAN PENGGUNAAN ATAU KETIDAKMAMPUAN ANDA UNTUK MENGGUNAKAN GEDUNG WEB ATAU PRODUK DIGITAL, WALAU BAGAIMANAPUN IA DISEBABKAN, TANPA MENGIRA TEORI LIABILITI (KONTRAK, TORT, ATAU SELAINNYA) DAN WALAUPUN MANA-MANA PIHAK BERKENAAN TELAH DIMAKLUMKAN MENGENAI KEMUNGKINAN KEROSAKAN TERSEBUT. SESETENGAH BIDANG KUASA TIDAK MEMBENARKAN HAD LIABILITI BAGI KECEDERAAN DIRI, ATAU BAGI KEROSAKAN SAMPINGAN ATAU SUSULAN, MAKA HAD INI MUNGKIN TIDAK TERPAKAI KEPADA ANDA. DALAM APA JUA KEADAAN, JUMLAH LIABILITI KESELURUHAN MANA-MANA PIHAK BERKENAAN KEPADA ANDA BAGI SEMUA KEROSAKAN (SELAIN DARIPADA YANG DIKEHENDAKI OLEH UNDANG-UNDANG TERPAKAI DALAM KES MELIBATKAN KECEDERAAN DIRI) DI SINI TIDAK AKAN MELEBIHI HARGA SEBENAR YANG ANDA TELAH BAYAR UNTUK PRODUK DIGITAL TERSEBUT. HAD-HAD TERSEBUT AKAN TETAP TERPAKAI WALAUPUN REMEDI YANG DINYATAKAN DI ATAS GAGAL UNTUK MENCAPAI TUJUAN UTAMANYA.

Pelepasan; Penepian. Setakat yang paling dibenarkan oleh undang-undang dan peraturan yang terpakai, anda dengan ini bersetuju untuk melepaskan dan membebaskan Pihak Berkenaan daripada sebarang liabiliti apa jua pun, serta mengetepikan segala sebab tindakan, berkaitan dengan sebarang tuntutan, kos, kecederaan, kerugian, atau kerosakan dalam apa jua bentuk yang timbul daripada atau berkaitan dengan Gedung Web dan Produk Digital, sama ada di bawah teori kontrak, tort (termasuk kecuaian), waranti atau teori lain. Dalam apa jua keadaan, anda tidak boleh, dan anda dengan ini mengetepikan secara kekal, sebarang hak untuk menyaman Pihak Berkenaan atau untuk mendapatkan injunksi atau remedi ekuiti lain yang berkaitan dengan Gedung Web dan mana-mana Produk Digital.

Kebolehpisahan. TANPA MENGHADKAN TOU, jika mana-mana bahagian, terma atau peruntukan dalam Terma dan Syarat ini dianggap menyalahi undang-undang, bercanggah dengan mana-mana undang-undang atau sebaliknya tidak sah, bahagian selebihnya hendaklah dianggap boleh dipisahkan dan tidak terjejas oleh penentuan tersebut, dan hak serta kewajipan pihak-pihak hendaklah ditafsir dan dikuatkuasakan seolah-olah Terma dan Syarat ini tidak mengandungi bahagian, terma atau peruntukan yang dianggap menyalahi undang-undang atau tidak sah.

BAHAGIAN II TERMA DAN SYARAT TAMBAHAN – KHUSUS MENGIKUT NEGARA

MALAYSIA

1. Skop Aplikasi

Jika anda menetap atau berada di Malaysia, peruntukan ini (“Peruntukan Malaysia”) akan mentadbir urus pembelian Produk Digital anda sebagai tambahan kepada Bahagian I (Terma dan Syarat Am) di atas, melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang percanggahan antara Peruntukan Malaysia ini dengan Bahagian I (Terma dan Syarat Am) atau Terma Gedung Web, Peruntukan Malaysia ini akan mengatasi setakat yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan percanggahan tersebut.

2. Penyedia Produk Digital

Anda memahami dan menerima bahawa Produk Digital dijual kepada anda oleh Aplikasi Coda Sdn. Bhd, yang mempunyai alamat berdaftar di Tingkat 7, Mercu 3, No. 3, Jalan Bangsar, KL Eco City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur (“Coda Malaysia”), dan bahawa Terma dan Syarat ini dengan ini dimeterai serta dipersetujui antara anda dan Coda Malaysia. Pengguna di Malaysia boleh menghubungi Coda Malaysia melalui SUPPORT PAGE.

3. Undang-Undang yang Mentadbir dan Penyelesaian Pertikaian

Terma dan Syarat ini akan ditadbir dan ditafsirkan mengikut undang-undang Malaysia, tanpa mengambil kira peruntukan konflik undang-undangnya. Kami akan berusaha untuk menyelesaikan sebarang pertikaian yang timbul daripada atau berkaitan dengan Terma dan Syarat ini (termasuk sebarang persoalan mengenai kewujudan, kesahihan atau penamatannya) secara aman, tetapi sekiranya usaha tersebut gagal, pertikaian tersebut hendaklah dirujuk dan akhirnya diselesaikan melalui timbang tara yang ditadbir oleh Pusat Timbang Tara Antarabangsa Asia (“AIAC”) di bawah Peraturan Timbang Tara AIAC yang berkuat kuasa pada masa itu, yang dianggap digabungkan melalui rujukan ke dalam seksyen ini. Tempat timbang tara ialah di Kuala Lumpur, dan Tribunal hendaklah terdiri daripada seorang (1) penimbang tara. Semua prosiding timbang tara hendaklah dijalankan dalam bahasa Inggeris. Keputusan penimbang tara adalah muktamad dan mengikat.

4. Permintaan untuk e-Invois

Anda boleh meminta sesalinan e-Invois untuk pembelian anda dengan menghubungi Khidmat Pelanggan kami, tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat berikut:

A) Tempoh Permintaan:

Permintaan e-Invois mestilah dikemukakan dalam bulan kalendar yang sama dengan tarikh transaksi. Sebagai contoh, jika pembelian anda dibuat pada 1 Julai 2025 atau 29 Julai 2025, permintaan mestilah dibuat selewat-lewatnya pada 31 Julai 2025 (waktu Malaysia). Permintaan lewat tidak akan diterima.

B) Kelayakan:

Anda mestilah log masuk dan mendaftarkan Akaun Konami anda sebagai pemegang akaun Gedung Web pada masa pembelian.

C) Maklumat yang Diperlukan:

Anda bersetuju untuk memberikan maklumat peribadi yang tepat dan lengkap, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada nama penuh seperti yang tertera dalam dokumen rasmi, nombor kad pengenalan/pasport, nombor cukai pendapatan (TIN), alamat surat-menyurat, nombor pendaftaran SST (jika anda adalah sebuah syarikat), alamat e-mel, dan nombor telefon.

D) Pengeluaran dan Penghantaran:

Setelah permintaan anda dan semua maklumat yang diperlukan dikemukakan dan disahkan, e-Invois akan dihantar ke alamat e-mel yang anda berikan. Harap maklum bahawa e-Invois hanya akan dikeluarkan sekali sahaja dan tidak boleh diminta semula sekiranya pengemukaan awal anda ditolak disebabkan maklumat yang tidak tepat.

Sila ambil maklum bahawa e-Invois adalah dokumen cukai rasmi yang disahkan oleh LHDN, dan ia adalah tidak sama dengan e-mel pengesahan pesanan yang kami keluarkan selepas transaksi anda selesai bagi pembelian tambah nilai terus dan/atau produk baucar.
