Free Item/Promotional Rewards Terms

These Free Item / Promotional Rewards Terms (“Free Item Terms”) govern your claim and use of any free items, rewards, or promotional content (“Free Items”) made available on this Konami Web Store (“Web Store”). “Free Items” include any such items offered at no cost to users, including those presented as “Free Items”, “Freebies”, “Free Gifts”, or under any similar naming or label on the Web Store.

1. Nature of Free Items

Free Items are provided on a promotional basis and do not constitute a sale or purchase. Free Items are granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use, subject to the applicable end user licence agreement (“EULA”).

2. Account Requirement

To claim Free Items or access certain features, you may be required to log in using your KONAMI ID account.

By logging in, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us promptly.

You are responsible for ensuring that the correct KONAMI ID account details are used when claiming Free Items. We are not responsible for any errors or loss of items resulting from incorrect account information.

We may suspend or restrict your access to Free Items or the Web Store if we reasonably believe that:

  • you have breached applicable terms;

  • you have provided false or inaccurate information;

  • your account has been compromised or used without authorization; or

  • we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.

3. Eligibility and Availability

Free Items may be subject to eligibility requirements, availability, and usage limitations, which will be disclosed at the time of claim. We do not guarantee that Free Items will always be available, and availability may be limited.

4. No Monetary Value

Free Items have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other consideration; and are provided solely for use within the applicable service or game.

5. Claim and Usage

Once claimed, Free Items (i) may be subject to usage restrictions or expiry; and (ii) cannot be cancelled, replaced, or exchanged, except as required by applicable law.

Use of Free Items is subject to the Terms of Use and the applicable EULA, and any conditions presented at the time of claim.

6. Modifications and Withdrawal

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Free Items or related offers at any time, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Misuse

We may suspend or revoke your access to Free Items if we reasonably suspect abuse, misuse, fraud, or violation of applicable terms.

8. Relationship with Other Terms

These Free Item Terms are to be read together with the Web Store’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable EULA. In the event of any inconsistency, these Free Item Terms shall apply to Free Items.

9. Governing Law

These Free Item Terms shall be governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions set out in the Terms of Use, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
